Ideal candidate for this full-time on-site position has an in-depth understanding of web usability, a passion for improving user experience, coding best practices, and keen interest in the latest development trends.

Responsibilities:
Provide design, development and maintenance of web properties through a demonstrated proficiency of HTML
Take a creative approach to constantly improving the user and customer experience resulting in increased conversion rates
Manage and deliver multiple assigned project tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
Work closely with marketing, ecommerce and editorial staff to ensure successful rollouts.
Define and articulate the design vision using storyboards, concept sketching, wire-frames and prototypes

Skills & Requirements
Technical Requirements:
Proficient in HTML, CSS and Javascript
Strong working knowledge of WordPress and Magento
Passion for web standards and user experience
Conversant with a variety of web templating systems and frameworks (especially PHP)
