Content Manager

Overview:

Detail oriented, entrepreneurial Technical Content Manager to develop product content and documentation for customers and internal staff. This role will be responsible for creating, editing, updating and managing our collection of documentation.
The Content Manager will work interactively with Product Management, Engineering and all customer-facing teams. The ideal candidate must have the ability to clearly and accurately organize content and articulate technical concepts in a manner that is easily understood by users of various knowledge levels.

Specific Responsibilities:

Work within a driven and highly motivated team to provide a world-class client experience
Develop, update and maintain documentation including internal and external training and help materials
Provide web-based customer training
Work with internal resources to create, launch and maintain a customer community forum or portal
Develop customer collateral and resources including monthly newsletter, tips and tricks and quick guides to enhance our customers adoption and overall success with Platform
Develop new webinars and training materials based on industry trends, new features and customer usage details

Required Experience:

Must have experience with HTML or Java
Experience developing and creating online help
Presentation acumen and the ability to clearly communicate concepts
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A strong ability to perform independently while working in a fast-paced team environment
Ability to meet project plans and milestones
Experience deploying a customer portal or community is a plus
BA/BS degree
